Document Description
The project is limited to the construction of one pipe arch, associated pipe arch footings, headwalls, and rock rip-rap outfall dissipators. Footings and headwalls of the pipe arch culvert will be constructed above the existing top of bank, beyond the existing ordinary high water mark. Three rock rip-rap outfall dissipators are proposed to be constructed to daylight above the existing top of bank of the drainage course. Outfalls will dissipate runoff from propose drainage swales adjacent to the proposed driveway. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2011-0312-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code 1602.
