Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of a culvert and modification of an existing culvert. A relief 36" culvert is to be installed as to improve the drainage characteristic of the project site during high stream flow periods. The relief culvert will be installed along side of the current existing drainage culvert located along the north edge of the intersection of Carneros Park Boulevard and Carneros Oak Lane. Toe of the culvert will be positioned above the Ordinary High Water Mark. Each end of the new 36" relief culvert will be cut to conform to the existing slope of bank. This is to improve the drainage characteristics of this culvert which in turn will eliminate snagging of debris. A maintenance cut at each end of the existing culvert will also be performed to conform to the existing bank. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2011-0264-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
