Document Description
The project is limited to removing sediment from a ponded section of Dry Creek using a backhoe, and immediately removing the sediment to an appropriate location off-site, so that none of the sediment may re-enter any river, lake, stream, or wetland (Project). The backhoe may be operated from the banks of Dry Creek, or from the bridge crossing the creek, but will not enter the creek.
