Execution of a license agreement to provide an area for the storage of snow from an adjacent urban parcel. This use would provide water quality benefits in an urban environment. Additional revegetation may be required to provide water quality benefits and protections of the site. Applicable Best Management Practices will be required to ensure protection of the site and that water quality benefits are achieved.
