Document Description
The project is limited to removal of three sycamore trees approximately 18 inches in diameter, one dead willow tree, and one dead broken top cottonwood tree, as well as the removal of the fallen broken top of the cottonwood tree within the channel that is lying on top of the gas line. The project will also trim willows, valley oak, walnut, wild grape, and Himalayan blackberry that are hanging over the gas lines. The stumps of the trees removed and the stumps of the previously removed willow trees that are located outside of the stream channel will be treated with herbicide. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2011-0305-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
