The proposed 2,930 acre West Park Logistics Center project will include adoption of a General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan, Parcel Maps and Williamson Act cancellations for the development of the following major components: A) Inland Port and Short-Haul Shuttle Rail Operations; B) Solar Energy Facility; C) Industrial commercial, business park and work force training land uses; D) Crows Landing General Aviation (GA) Airport; E) Public Facilities; F) Infrastructure and public facility improvements; and G) Water supply and wastewater collection services to the community of Crows Landing.
