The project application consists of a Demolition Authorization, Planned Development Permit, Design Permit, and Tentative Map to construct a mixed-use development with 58 residential apartments and 5,269 s.f. of commercial space within a four story building. The property currently is developed with two single-family units and 20 older multi-family units, which all will be demolished. Thus, the project will result in a net increase of 36 dwelling units on the site. The project requires the removal of 14 Heritage trees.
