The proposed project is construction of a two-story 30,200 s.f. building replacing an existing single-story 21,000 s.f. building. The existing building contained conference rooms, kitchen and dining facilities and offices. The new building will provide for employee amenities including a dining facility, physical fitness complex with lockers showers, lecturer hall and conference rooms. The outdoor courtyard will expand their dining experience as well as providing a gathering area for employees and for special events.
