Document Description
Adoption of a comprehensive countywide plan to provide for the conservation of 12 sensitive species and allow for the issuance of incidental take permits from the US Fish and Wildlife Service pursuant to Section 10 (a)(1)(B) of the Federal Endangered Species Act and from the CDFW pursuant to CESA. The action by the Conservancy Board of Directors included the following approvals: Approved a resolution Certifying the Final EIS/EIR including Adoption of Findings of Fact and Other Actions Required by CEQA. Approved a resolution Adopting the Final Yolo HCP/NCCP and authorizing the Board Chair to Execute the Implementing Agreement with the USFWS, CDFW, Yolo County, and the cities of Davis, West Sacramento, Winters, and Woodland.
