Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0350-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Coastside County Water District.
Project is limited to the following routine maintenance activities:
Dredging and disposal of up to 500 cubic yards of sediment annually from the Denniston Reservoir; and Clearing of up to 0.4 acres of emergent vegetation and willows along the banks to maintain an open stream channel.
The Agreement does not cover operation of the Permittee's diversion or reservoir.
