Document Description
The new CSC would have a gross floor area of about 8,285 gross sf on a site area of 46,128 sf. The building footprint would be about 5,936 sf. The remaining portions of the site would be used for on-site parking; landscaping, gardens, hardscape play areas, softscape play areas, and pathways/circulation. An existing restroom trailer at the eastern edge of the site would remain in place. The new CSC would replace the College's existing CSC, which is located on the main campus in a building proposed to be demolished for the College's planned New Administrative Center (NAC). The existing CSC is used by about 28 children while the proposed project would accommodate 32 children.
