Document Description
The community of Keyes is an incorporated community of Stanislaus County. It is located north of Turlock, south of Modesto and Ceres off of SR 99. The project is generally located community wide. Wells 7, 8, 9, and 10 specifically and consists of the construction of water transmission lines from each well to the proposed centralized water treatment facility and new and replacement water distribution lines. There are four alternative facility sites, and the locations for construction of water transmission lines and the replacement and construction of distribution lines is dependent on each specific alternatives. The facility is proposed to be constructed at the preferred site, which is Alternative 3 (APN 045-045-018), located south of Jessup Road at the end of Jessup Road public access. Alternative 1 (APN 045-026-040) is located north of Jessup Road, adjacent to the ethanol production facility. Alternative 2 (APN 045-026-040) is located on the eastside of Faith Home Road, across from Well 9. Alternative 4 (APNs 045-069-035 and 045-021-001) is located east of SR 99 north and adjacent to a drainage basin and contiguous with a lift station.
