The Ross Valley School District proposes building renovations, demolitions and new construction for the White Hill Middle School, located at the eastern edge of the City of Fairfax. A net addition of 35,243 gross s.f. would be added to the campus to provide new classrooms, an art classroom/learning center, performing arts classroom, and a new gymnasium. There would be two new two-story buildings with one-story wings, and a separate one-story gym.
