There would be a maximum of five full time employees and the proposed hours of operation for the winery would be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing extra hours during crush. The hours for the tasting facility would be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., seven days a week. Wine maker dinners would end by 9:30 p.m.
