Request for a Use Permit for a winery with a maximum annual production capacity of 10,000 cases with tasting by appointment only, participation in four industry-wide events a year and 15 winemaker dinners with less than 35 attendees. There would be a maximum of five full time employees and the proposed hours of operation for the winery would be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing extra hours during crush. The hours for the tasting facility would be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., seven days a week. Wine maker dinners would end by 9:30 p.m.
