The Conditional use Permit Amendment includes a 170+/- acre expansion of an approved, but yet to be constructed, 140+/- acre Solar Photovoltaic Power Generation Facility. The project also includes cancelling the corresponding 170+/- acre portion of the Land Conservation Contract and rezoning that portion of the property from Agricultural preserve to Recreation and Planned Motor Sports.
