Document Description
The proposed CUP Amendment includes a 170 acre expansion of an approved, but yet to be constructed, 140 acre Solar Photovoltaic Generation Facility. The project also includes cancelling the corresponding 170 acre portion of Land Conservation Contract #1-14 and rezoning that portion of the property from Agricultural Preserve to Recreation and Planned Motor Sports (RPM), as well as, extending the effective date of the permit to provide that construction may commence on or before December 1, 2012.
