Document Description
The project will rehabilitate the fifty-three existing cinderblock duplex buildings (106 existing units) and the on-site management office and will demolish the existing twenty-four single-family detached wood-frame dwellings primarily located on the western portion of the site. Planned rehabilitation work includes removal of interior partition walls, framing, additional insulation, roofing, stucco, doors, windows, flooring, cabinetry, appliances, HVAC units and electrical upgrades. In addition to the rehabilitation work also includes replacement of the aging on-site water system and improvements to the aging on-site sewer infrastructure.
