Grading Permit G10-013 for the excavation and grading of 3,440 cubic yards of material for prospecting of mineral resources and for the construction of interior access roads, on a 148+/- acre site zoned A-10 (General Agricultural, Ten-Acre Minimum), A-20 (General Agricultural, Twenty-Acre Minimum) and AE-37 (Exclusive Agricultural, Thirty-Seven Acre Minimum) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. The grading had occurred absent the required grading permit. The majority of the excavated material will be placed back into the test pits upon completion of the environmental review process.
