Use permit application for the expansion of an existing solid waste processing and recycling facility from 39.2 acres to 51.7 acres in two phases over twenty years with a maximum of 1,727 vehicles per day at final build out. Phase One to increase the daily waster capacity from 1,000 (TPD) to 1,800 (TPD) within ten years. Phase Two to increase the daily waste capacity from 1,800 (TPD) to 2,500 (TPD) within twenty years.
