Document Description
Use Permit for a new winery with a maximum annual production capacity of 32,000 cases, including tasting, tours, retail sales, and up to 150 special events a year on a 214 acre site. A small barrel making area is also proposed. The project consists of 55,648 s.f. of building area, including a 47,123 s.f. winery with fermenting tanks and barrel storage, a 2,600 s.f. tasting room, and a 5,925 s.f. event center. The maximum capacity of the special events center is 300 people. The maximum number of visitors occurring on a peak day during the peak season (May to October) is estimated at 500 people per day. Proposed hours of the winery and tasting room are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Proposed hours for special events are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
