Document Description
A parcel map to divide an 18.8 acre parcel into two separate parcels. Parcel 1 would be the newly created 2.5 acre parcel along the ACID canal. Parcel 2 would be a 16.3 acre parcel. The Anderson Cottonwood Irrigation District (ACID) canal currently divides the parcel; therefore the parcel split will be created along the 80-foot ACID canal easement.
