Note: Review Per Lead The Alameda County Water District Treatment Plant No. 2 LOX Conversion and Process Upgrades project would consist of the following modifications: - Construction of a liquid oxygen storage tank in the berm area south of the Operations Building and across the plant road; in addition to design to comply with applicable codes, the storage facility would include a depressed storage tank area sized to provide secondary containment for the tank contents; the delivery truck unloading area would consist of a concrete pad sized to encompass the entire delivery tank and would be sloped to drain into the secondary containment area for the storage tank; - Removal of the following air preparation equipment from the lower level of the Operations Building: two air compressors, three aftercoolers, four air receiver tanks, two dessicant dryers, two water chillers and the dried air pressure reducing/regulating station; - Modification of two power supply units (PSU) to work with liquid oxygen and reduce harmonic output;
