Document Description
The proposal is for a 175-lot subdivision (Tentative Tract Map 7898) and to establish a Planned Development - Residential (PD-R07-003) Zoning District that includes four residential product types, two neighborhood parks, organizational open space, and trails. The project includes a Development Agreement that will provide certainty to the City with respect to implementation of the Brisa Neighborhood Plan and provide the landowner with certainty with respect to protect development conditions. The site is relatively flat and vacant. Brisa Street bisects the site into approximately 17.5 acres on the north and south of Brisa Street. Primary access to the development is via a four-legged intersection centrally located on Brisa Street between South Vasco Road and the site eastern boundary.
