Pursuant to Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 11.5.7, a Project Permit Compliance from the Mount Washington/Glassell Park Specific Plan for the construction of two new single-family dwellings on two lots measuring approximately 4,269 s.f., all in the R1-1 Zone; "Lot 22" measures 1,989 s.f. and "lot 23" measures 2,273 s.f. Each single-family dwelling will be two-stories and observe 36-feet in height and will not exceed the 45-foot maximum allowed. Each sfd will provide two parking spaces on each lot. The applicant also indicated that 150 cubic yards of earth material will be exported off-site.
