Document Description
NOTE: Extended Per Lead The proposed project would construct and operate a multi-family residential development consisting of 265 residential units on the 3.6-acre project site. The project would consist of two residential structures each containing four stories of residential units over two stories of parking. The two residential structures would be separated by a landscaped private street with parking and loading areas as well as access to parking garages. This common area would also serve as a pedestrian promenade and provide an open space setback with decorative fencing and landscaping. The project area would primarily be accessed from Veterans Boulevard. The project would improve the Veterans Boulevard frontage with improvements to landscaped areas, public parking, lighting, and paving.
