The California of Public Health (Department) is a responsible agency for this project. The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 84 Program is providing state funds for the project. Pratt Mutual Water Company proposes to replace the existing water distribution system, consolidate with the City of Tulare, and destroy the three existing wells that serviced the current residents of Pratt Mutual Water Company.
