The project will include installation of transmission mains to provide two points of connection to the City's water system. One transmission main will be located in "I" Street and cross the UPRR continuing along the Goodin Avenue alignment. This transmission main will connect to the City's water system at the intersection of Goodin Avenue and "K" Street. The second transmission main will be located in Pratt and Paige Road, north of Matheny Tract. This transmission main will extend north of Paige Avenue, along the future "E" Street alignment, in an easement across APN 174-030-010 and connect to the City's water system adjacent to Well 40.
