Document Description
The project is limited to the construction of an approximately 3,384 linear foot double reinforced concrete box culver under Cobalt Road between State Highway 18 and Seneca Road with an earthen channel approximately 800 foot north of Seneca Road. The project would also restore the existing, natural wash through the removal of debris and invasive vegetation.
