Document Description
COJUSD proposes to acquire the Site for expansion of the Family Education Center and the future development of a new elementary school. For planning purposes, COJUSD assumes the school will support a Master Plan Capacity of up to 950 K-6 students at build-out. It is likely that the new school design would provide classroom buildings; a multipurpose room; administrative and auxiliary spaces; hard courts and grassy playfields; and parking, including on-site circulation. The environmental impacts discussed in this analysis are specific to land acquisition and provided by COJUSD as a condition for taking title to the Site.
