Document Description
Paramount Pictures Corporation is proposing the Paramount Pictures Master Plant that consists of improvements to its Paramount Studios property. The project site is comprised of the main studio property of ~56 acres and six surrounding properties of ~6 acres. The project site is currently developed with a varied mix of entertainment production uses within low-and mid-rise buildings with a range of sizes and building types, totaling ~1,848,700 sf.
