Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0275-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Del Oro Water Company. The Project includes activities related to the construction of a new water treatment plant. Actions will include installation of a pipeline across the stream and installation of a culvert in the stream for the access road from Highway 190 to convey irrigation flow and prevent undercutting the new pipeline.
