The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has considered the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration as prepared by the lead agency and based on the document prepared by the Lead Agency, Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit for the following work: On State Route 190 at postmile 27.92, the applicant will remove and replace an existing driveway as well as install a new 12-inch diameter PVC water main that will connect an existing 8-inch water main.
