Caltrans has considered the IS/MND as prepared by the lead agency and based on the document prepared by the Lead Agency, Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit for the following work: Widen the existing driveway and install a new 115 foot long 30-inch corrugated metal pipe culvert. A new 12-inch diameter PVC water main will connect to an existing 8 inch diameter PVC water main that runs parallel with SR 190.
