Document Description
The Housing Authority of the County of Riverside is seeking the City of Hemet's approval of the North Hemet Specific Plan. The North Hemet Specific Plan would permit a maximum of 442 high-density units (100 units within mixed-use acres) and 83 medium density residential units; 118,919 sf of commercial uses; and 16,335 sf of office uses. The 28.6-acre project site is west of State Street between Oakland Avenue on the south and the multifamily residential land uses north of Menlo Avenue. The North Hemet Specific Plan would establish development standards, regulations, infrastructure requirements, design guidelines, and implementation programs for subsequent development activities.
