Document Description
The project involves the proposed operation a truck-to-truck transfer facility of waste material containers on a portion of a developed industrial property located at 2300 Pomona Boulevard. The transfer of waste material will take place at the loading docks at the west side of the building. The operator of the facility will also occupy about 33,548 sf of the existing building with 32,048 sf to be used for storage of empty containers and associated items, and about 1500 sf of the office space. The operation involves pickup and sealed containers of hazardous and non-hazardous waste from sites throughout CA, transport of the containers to the project site, and transfer of the sealed containers at the site onto larger trucks.
