Document Description
A Project Permit Compliance from the Mount Washington/Glassell Park Specific Plan for the construction, maintenance, and use of new 62-unit senior citizen residential complex with a recreation building, 69 parking spaces, and 10,592 s.f. of open space on an approximately 61,663 s.f. site in the RD2-1 Zone. The project consists of a new, 4-story, 62-unit residential structure "Building A", measuring approximately 41 feet, 10 inches in height and 58,085 s.f. of floor area with approximately 8 parking spaces, and 2,711 s.f. of open space in the RD2-1 Zone portion of the lot and a new 2-sotry, 3,780 s.f. recreation building "Building B" measuring approximately 23 feet, 8 inches in height with 61 parking spaces, and 7,881 s.f. of open space in the R1-1 Zone portion of the lot in conjunction with Zoning Administrator.
