Document Description
The City of Los Angeles is proposing to remove landslide debris and stabilize a hillside in the Beverly Crest community. The project site covers approximately 3.6 acres on twelve City-owned properties (APN Nos. 4355-013-901 through 908, and 4355-013-913 through 916. The landslide area covers approximately 0.7 acres. Landslide debris will be exported from the site and the resultant slope will be grading to provide stability. Drainage terraces would be constructed to control runoff of stormwater and prevent erosion and future earth movement. The project is intended to enhance public safety and protect nearby residences.
