This proposed project is an amendment to the Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2011-0266-R6 (REVISION 3) (Agreement). This amendment will add three additional Permittees to the Agreement; Arlington Energy Center II, LLC; Arlington Energy Center III, LLC; and Arlington Solar, LLC. McCoy Solar, LLC shall remain as a Permittee. Each entity will be separately responsible for complying with the provisions of the Agreement applicable to activities undertaken for its individual unit of the project. All conditions in the original Agreement remain in effect.
