The Ordinance establishes procedures to request fair housing reasonable accommodations from the City of Agoura Hills zoning regulations. The ordinance implements a measure identified in the City of Agoura Hills 2008-2014 Housing Element of the General Plan, which was adopted in November 2008 by the City Council, and certified by the State Department of Housing and Community Development in January 2009.
