Document Description
The CA DFG is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2011-0106-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sierra Pacific Industries. The project is limited to: replacement of a failed Humboldt Crossing with a 42" CMP on a class II watercourse (#07-2); installation of a new 18" CMP on a spring at an existing road crossing (#07-3); installation and removal of temporary skid trail "spittler" crossing on a spring-fed class II watercourse (#07-5); construction of a waterhole on a spring fed intermittent class II watercourse (Waterhole C); removal of debris and sediment creating a diversion dam on a call III watercourse immediately below a spring, tributary to Deer Creek (#07-4); and, construction of a waterhole on a spring fed class II watercourse (Waterhole C). Equipment to be used may include an excavator, backhoe, bulldozer, dump truck, skidder, grader, and/or water truck.
