The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the Manning Avenue widening Project between Crawford and Hill Avenues. The Project will widen Manning Avenue where it crosses the Smith Mountain Ditch, which the California Department of Fish and Game ("CDFG") has determined is subject to regulation pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et seq.
