Document Description
Construct an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant +/- 228 sq. ft., wooden, bluff top observation deck with trellis and +/- 36 long, beach stairway structure to improve public access, reduce unnatural bluff erosion resulting from existing informal access and improve drainage west of the Francis Beach area of Half Moon Bay State Beach. Staircase design will match the aesthetics of other existing access improvements at Francis Beach.
