Document Description
The project is limited to the inspection and repair of an exposed portion of the L300B gas pipeline that crosses the unnamed tributary to Lower Penitencia Creek. The Permittee proposes to dewater the channel, excavate a maximum of 15 linear feet upstream and downstream of the exposed pipe, excavate the channel width at the pipelines which is approximately 13 feet, excavate within 5 feet long the adjacent banks, and possibly apply a coating on the exposed pipe if warranted. The coating application consists of removing the old coating, applying a primer, and the applying a new coating. The area immediately adjacent to the pipeline will excavated by hand digging. The maximum total area impacted by the proposed project will be no greater than 0.015 acres. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2011-0267-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
