The antenna will provide enhanced safety communications technology by strengthening reliability benefiting both DPH and the public. Project components include antenna wire, support poles, and mounting hardware. The support poles of approximately 20 feet in height and about 160 feet apart will support the antenna wire at each end. The support poles will be mounted onto the existing rooftop solar panel structure. The existing parapet wall will screen part of the support poles and the project will be placed in a location furthest away when viewed from the State Capitol or Capitol Park.
