Document Description
The objective of this project is to eliminate railroad horn noise at all crossings from Olive Street to Valley Boulevard, along the BNSF Railroad line. Closure of E and H Streets at the BNSF line will be required to create the quiet zone. Activities also include the fencing and cul-de-sac improvements at the closed streets.
