Document Description
The project consists of transfer of ownership of Monterey County Assessor Parcel Numbers 416-001-014, 243-091-001, 416-011-015, and 416-011-007 from the Big Sur Land trust to the Department of Parks and Recreation. These acquisitions will preserve the existing natural conditions and provide for future public access. The acquisitions will further consolidate State Parks ownership in the immediate vicinity of Point Lobos Ranch State Park and Palo Corona Regional Park.
