The scope of work includes: Replace existing asphalt concrete surfacing to a depth of 0.25' with hot mix asphalt, cold planning (grinding) will be the method of removal, replace affected striping and pavement markings in-kind with thermoplastic (striping/markings), and replace affected signal loops.
