Document Description
Installing two (2) new culverts in order to construct a driveway to the location of a future house. The first culvert, 30 feet long with an 18-inch diameter, will be installed at an existing dirt access road. Dirt fill will be placed to create a depth of approximately 2 feet over the culvert. All fill will have a 2:1 slope on the banks of the drainage. A drainage will be created on the west side of the dirt access road so as to prevent washout. The second culvert, 40 feet long with a 12-inch diameter, will be installed at a new driveway. Approximately 4 feet and 6-inches of dirt fill will be placed around the culvert with a 2:1 slope. Water will not be present during the proposed work period and; therefore, work will not be required in the wetted portion of the seasonal drainages.
