Flume 30 Abutment Repair Project
NOE - Notice of Exemption
The project consists of repairing the existing rock abutment (on the northwest side of Bull Creek) that supports Flume 30, a water conveyance component of the El Dorado Canal. Project activities are as follows:
- Installing a cast-in-place concrete wall against the outside face of the existing northwest rock wall abutment on perched bedrock which is not typically part of the active channel of Bull Creek.
- Installing a temporary sandbag diversion dam and a pipe to divert the flow of Bull Creek to create a dry work site if water is present.
