In Nov-2002 SDSU submitted Addendum to the Campus Masterplan 2000 Final EIR (SCH No. 2000051026) for the BioScience Center that was proposed to be built in two phases. This project now proposes to construct Phase II as outlined in the Addendum: buildout of a 6,400 ASF 2nd floor unfinished shell space.
